Steven P. Horner was
born February 15, 1953 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He spent the later
part of his childhood in Anderson, Indiana, graduating from Highland High
School.
Steve first married Becky Rowe, where he adopted Becky's
daughter Kari Fagin. Later, Steve married Wanda Phillips. No
children were born to this marriage.
Steve married Charlotte Akers on February 16, 2003 in
the home of Steve's parents in Anderson. The couple now resides in
Ft. Myers, Florida.
