Donna L. Horner was
born July 27, 1957 in Anderson, Indiana and graduated from Highland High School. Donna first married Steve Persinger. Two
daughter's were born to this marriage, SARAH b.1989 and EMMA b.1991.
Donna married Robert Browne on June 14, 1997 in their
home. No children came from this marriage.
She now lives in the Chicago area, works as a nurse, and is no longer married.
